Acceptable Use Policy

Vestrum LLC · Effective September 14, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of Vestrum CRM and is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Vestrum LLC Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Communications

  • Unlawful telemarketing, robocalling, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, or messaging without required consent, under U.S. federal/state law or the law of any other country where a recipient is located.
  • Calling or messaging after a valid opt-out or in violation of applicable Do-Not-Call requirements.
  • Spam, phishing, malware, fraud, scams, impersonation, deceptive caller ID, or deceptive content.
  • Artificial traffic, traffic pumping, call pumping, revenue-share abuse, or attempts to inflate usage.
  • Use designed to evade carrier spam detection, number reputation controls, or regulatory enforcement, including sending SMS without completing required 10DLC or toll-free registration.
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, abusive calling patterns, or repeated calls intended to annoy or intimidate.
  • Illegal debt collection, unlawful financial solicitation, or other regulated activity without required authorization or licensure.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Use of the Service to test or attack telecommunications infrastructure or third-party systems without authorization.
  • Transmitting protected health information (PHI), full payment card numbers, or other regulated sensitive data through calls, SMS, recordings, or storage features, except as permitted under Section 4 of the Terms of Service.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to sub-clients under Customer's own branding without Vestrum's prior written consent.

2. Customer Controls

Customers must maintain accurate consent and suppression records, configure calling hours appropriately for each recipient's local time zone, honor opt-outs across every channel used to contact a recipient (not only the channel the opt-out was received on, where reasonably identifiable), use lawful caller ID information, complete carrier-required registrations (including 10DLC brand/campaign registration and toll-free verification, where applicable) before sending SMS or provisioning affected numbers, and maintain evidence sufficient to demonstrate compliance.

3. Verification

Vestrum may require identity, business, domain, campaign, consent, or traffic information (including for Customers located outside the United States) and may refuse or delay provisioning where risk cannot be adequately assessed.

4. Enforcement

Vestrum may warn, rate-limit, block, suspend, disconnect, or terminate accounts or individual numbers. Vestrum may preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with carriers, regulators, courts, and law enforcement where legally required.

5. Reporting

Abuse reports may be sent to owners@vestrumllc.com, attention Ahmed Tarek Ali, Co-Founder/Manager of Vestrum LLC.
