1. What Cookies Are
Cookies and similar technologies are small files or identifiers used to operate websites, remember preferences, authenticate users, analyze usage, and support security.
2. Categories
- Strictly necessary: authentication, session management, security, load balancing, and essential functionality. These cannot be switched off and do not require consent.
- Preferences: remembering settings and choices.
- Analytics: understanding site and product usage where enabled.
- Marketing: advertising or campaign measurement technologies, if enabled.
3. Third-Party Technologies
Third-party providers may place or access identifiers where necessary to provide services. Vestrum will disclose material third-party tracking practices as required by applicable law.
4. Consent and Controls
For visitors in the European Economic Area and other jurisdictions where prior consent is legally required for non-essential cookies, Vestrum will not set preference, analytics, or marketing cookies until the visitor affirmatively consents through Vestrum's cookie consent banner. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the same interface. For visitors elsewhere, cookies operate on an opt-out basis as described in this Policy, and Vestrum will honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) as an opt-out of sale/sharing and, where feasible, of non-essential cookies, to the extent required by applicable law.
Users may also control cookies through browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may impair functionality.
The Service is not currently offered to businesses located in the United Kingdom, and this Policy does not address UK-specific cookie/consent requirements (including PECR), consistent with Terms of Service Section 2.
